Where a direct replacement is not available, PX will advise on suitable alternatives where possible.

Yes. Remote technical support can be provided where appropriate.

The level of remote support available will depend on the product, system configuration and information available from site.

PX can support commissioning requirements where agreed as part of the project scope.

For larger Static Frequency Converters, ground power systems and configured AC power systems, commissioning support may include pre-installation guidance, documentation review, functional checks, customer support during first energisation or site attendance where required.

Commissioning requirements should be discussed at quotation stage so that the correct support can be planned.

Most of our goods are made to order. Bespoke Static Frequency Converters and power systems may have limited return options because they are configured specifically to a customer’s electrical specification.

If goods are faulty, damaged in transit or subject to a warranty claim, please contact us in the first instance with photos and a brief description of the issue. We will review the information provided and advise the most appropriate course of action, including whether the goods need to be returned for evaluation.
